Australian Microfilm Services, here-after referred to as AMS, is a privately owned, Australian company specialising in the production of
analogue and digital images of documents and records and the supply of imaging services and equipment for accessing active and archive information.
It was established in 1971.

It is the policy of AMS to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by providing products and service that meet or exceed the specifications
and expectations of the customer in every respect. The term “Specifications” is taken to include design intent, safety, reliability, appearance fitness
for purpose and the requirements of all Australian and International Standards relating to the analogue and digital imaging and document recovery.
The company has operates in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures conforming to the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements.

The objectives of this Quality System are to:
- recognise and understand customer objectives and meet their requirement
- monitor customer satisfaction by the evaluation of information relating to customers’ perception as to whether AMS has met those customer requirements
- ensure continual improvement of processes and services, based on objective measurement
- ensure all personnel have the necessary skills and training to enable these objectives to be met.
This policy and commitment is communicated to all levels of management and employees of the Company, and to our existing and potential customers
and is subject to continuing review to ensure their relevance in response to changing needs and expectations of customers and our market place.
This policy is approved and issued by Mr. Ben Tosetto, Managing Director of Australian Microfilm Services.
