Australian Microfilm Services, here-after referred to as AMS, is a privately owned, Australian company specialising in the production of
analogue and digital images of documents and records and the supply of imaging services and equipment for accessing active and archive information.
It was established in 1971.
It is the policy of AMS to achieve maximum customer satisfaction by providing products and service that meet or exceed the specifications
and expectations of the customer in every respect. The term “Specifications” is taken to include design intent, safety, reliability, appearance fitness
for purpose and the requirements of all Australian and International Standards relating to the analogue and digital imaging and document recovery.
The company has operated in accordance with Quality Assurance procedures conforming to the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9002:1994, for many years and,
as a demonstration of its commitment to ongoing improvement in its products and services, has upgraded the planning and
control activities of its Quality Assurance System to comply with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 – Quality Management Systems – Requirements.
